"A school should exist not only to teach but also to investigate, not to formulate prematurely a finalized system but to remain creative, to go on testing theories by applying them and validating ideas by experience."

About the Center
Wisdom's Goldenrod Center for Philosophic Studies is a non-profit
organization that provides an environment for individual and group
study and meditation. Studies at the Center do not follow any single
tradition but instead explore a wide range of topics in Eastern and
Western thought, from ancient to contemporary. The Center was founded in
1972 by Anthony Damiani, a longtime student of
Paul Brunton. Studies have continued uninterrupted since Anthony's death
in 1984 and are led by members, who also share responsibility for
maintenance of the facilities.

Paul Brunton Philosophic Foundation and Larson Publications
After Paul Brunton's death in 1981, Wisdom's Goldenrod inherited the
unpublished writings of Paul Brunton, who had trained several students
as editors. In 1984, the first posthumous book, entitled
Perspectives,
was published. The Notebooks series of 16 volumes was completed in 1988.
The publishing effort became formalized in the formation of the second
non-profit organization, the Paul Brunton Philosophic Foundation, one
branch of which is the publishing company Larson Publications.
